Hi there! I'm Gina—

 a mental health therapist hoping to walk alongside you on your journey toward becoming your most confident, authentic self. I work from a holistic lens, nurturing the mind, body and soul as we work together to heal from past wounds and grow toward the life you envision. Through our work we'll explore your values, dreams and strengths, uncovering the tools you already carry within you to create lasting change.

It’s a privilege to learn each of my clients’ stories—and I’d be delighted to learn yours.

 

While I get to learn about you, you also get to learn about me! As we get to know each other, you’ll discover that one of my greatest strengths is helping you feel at ease, just like you’re talking to a trusted friend. If you’re looking for a no nonsense, compassionate, down-to-earth therapist who offers honest support and accountability toward your goals, I just might be the right fit for you.

 

A few things about me:

I’m a wife, dog mom, and mom to two littles. I’m also a crime fiction enthusiast with a deep love for quiet moments in nature—especially when Midwestern weather cooperates with my needs. Nothing beats the warmth of sunshine on my skin or the scent of fresh rain. I’m also on a mission to try every Mexican restaurant in town— and loving every bite, even when the salsa doesn't deliver (iykyk).
